מי לא תניא מקום שנהגו להחזיר קדושין מחזירין מקום שנהגו שלא להחזיר אין מחזירין ואמר רב יוסף בר אבא אמר מר עוקבא אמר שמואל לא שנו אלא שמתה היא אבל מת הוא אין מחזירין מ"ט יכולה היא שתאמר
